Shipping policy

We currently only ship to local addresses in Singapore, using third party courier. 

For local deliveries, i.e. deliveries within Singapore, we charge a flat rate of S$3.90 for orders under S$65.00.

We offer FREE delivery for orders S$65.00 and above.

We deliver island-wide except to Sentosa, Restricted Zones (e.g. army bases, Tuas South Ave and surrounding industrial areas). Deliveries to Sentosa are however, available at an additional surcharge. Please contact us directly. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Our courier/shipping provider delivers during normal business working hours. We will require a signature on receipt so please ensure the order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of order receipt and payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as an estimate only and commence from the date of dispatch. GML Gallery will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination custom clearance processes.

Please note that we do not deliver during public holidays in Singapore.

We'll make two (2) delivery attempts on your order. The recipient has to sign for it otherwise a notification slip will be left at the delivery address with contact info to reschedule.

Our courier service provider will reschedule a third (3rd) delivery attempt if both deliveries fail. Please note that we will impose additional delivery fee of S$4.90 for the third (3rd) attempt and beyond and this charge will have to be borne by the recipient.

ORDER TRACKING

We endeavour to ship your order within 5 working days once it is confirmed. However, we may take longer during peak sales/festive period.

You can track your order on the site anytime, 24 hours/ 7 days by going to [insert link]

We will send an email notification with the tracking number or SMS to your contact number once the order is dispatched. You may contact the shipping provider directly at any time to check on your order status.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
